Iranian foreign minister arrived for a meeting in Geneva with members of the UN Human Rights Council, claiming, "Israel's attacks on nuclear facilities in Iran are serious war crimes."
According to him, Iran was supposed to meet with the US to formulate an agreement, but Israel attacked and "betrayed" diplomacy.
