The Hostages and Missing Families Forum welcomed Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's announcement regarding the elimination of Hamas leader in Gaza, Mohammed Sinwar. According to the forum, the elimination "officially completes the mission of defeating Hamas. Hamas leaders have been eliminated, and Hamas battalions have been defeated, while alongside them, Hezbollah and the Assad regime have collapsed. Military victory has been achieved."
It added: "Now, after 600 days, there are no more excuses. The time has come to achieve true national victory - one that includes bringing home all the hostages and beginning the restoration of Israeli society - a true victory that reflects the will of the vast majority of the Israeli people."
