Uruguay on Wednesday summoned the Israeli Ambassador Michal Hershkovitz over shots fired by the IDF during a visit by foreign diplomats, including an Uruguayan representative, to Jenin.
The country's foreign ministry said it wanted Hershkovitz to "clarify" what Israel called "warning shots" that were fired during the diplomats' visit.
