EU Foreign Minister: One member state has blocked sanctions against Israelis in Judea and Samaria

Kaja Kallas, the EU's foreign minister, told reporters that the EU had formulated sanctions against Israelis in Judea and Samaria, but "for now they have been blocked by one of the member states."
