Report: Israel did not notify the US before targeting Mohammad Sinwar

Channel 12 is reporting that Israel did not notify the United States before it conducted an airstrike on an underground command center near the European Hospital in Khan Yunis, targeting Hamas leader Mohammad Sinwar.
