Security official: Hebron Hills terrorist attempted to ram pedestrians, left vehicle, and stabbed

A security official says a terrorist attempted to ram pedestrians at the Kvasim Junction in the southern Hebron Hills. After that, the terrorist exited the vehicle, committed a stabbing, and was neutralized.
