Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Monday commented on the negotiations with Russia towards a ceasefire.
"Ukraine stands by its offer — at the very least, not to strike civilian infrastructure. And we expect a clear answer from Moscow," said Zelenskyy, who added that talks to be held this week alongside American and European representatives in London will have the goal of "an unconditional ceasefire. That must be the starting point."
