A 20-year-old security prisoner from Judea and Samaria, who had been held in the Ketzi'ot Prison, has died in a hospital.
The prisoner's condition is confidential, as per laws of medical confidentiality. As is policy in cases when a prisoner dies, an investigative team has been appointed to investigate the circumstances.
