Minister Katz appoints head of Authority for the Voluntary Emigration of Gaza Residents

Minister of Defense Israel Katz has appointed Defense Ministry Deputy Director-General, Col. (Res.) Yaakov (Kobi) Blitshtein, as the head of the Authority for the Voluntary Emigration of Gaza Residents.
