A civilian was injured and significant damage was caused to a residential building in the city of Belgorod as a result of a Ukrainian drone attack overnight Tuesday.
The regional governor, Vyacheslav Gladkov, wrote on his Telegram account that the injured civilian was evacuated for medical treatment.
