IDF Arabic Language Spokesman Avichay Adraee issued a "final advance warning" to residents of Beit Lahia and Beit Hanoun areas in the northern Gaza Strip "before the raid!"
He noted that "terrorist organizations have returned to launching their rockets from among civilians." He called on the residents: "We have warned about this area many times. For your safety, you must move immediately west to known shelters."
