Herzog proposes framework for commission of inquiry, Prime Minister rejects it

Supreme Court President Justice Yitzhak Amit agrees to the proposal of President Isaac Herzog stating that if a decision is made to establish a state commission of inquiry, its composition will be determined in consultation with Supreme Court Justice Noam Sohlberg.
