Ben Gurion University in Be'er Sheva announced that Dr. Sebastian Ben Daniel would be suspended until further notice due to social media posts against IDF soldiers.
After meeting with the rector of the university, Ben Daniel sent a letter to students apologizing and clarifying the posts. The university announced that it would continue to consider the issue and would decide accordingly.
