Nael Barghouti, who was convicted of murdering bus driver Mordechai Yekuel in 1978, is among the terrorists to be released from Israeli prison in the coming days as part of the hostage deal.
Barghouti was released in the Shalit deal, and reincarcerated because he violated the terms of his release by possessing a large sum of money originating from a terrorist organization.
