Fire and rescue teams operated on Tuesday evening at an apartment fire in the Ramot neighborhood of Jerusalem.
The forces rescued five people, including a mother and two toddlers, as well as two elderly residents, from the burning apartment. The fire was brought under control. All the injured were transferred for treatment by medical personnel at the scene, and later evacuated to nearby hospitals.
