Judge rules Cooper Union must face lawsuit over alleged antisemitism

Federal judge in Manhattan rules that Cooper Union College must face a lawsuit alleging it failed to protect Jewish students who sought refuge in a library from pro-Palestinian Arab demonstrators in October of 2023.
