President of Israel, Isaac Herzog, commented on Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s meeting with US President Trump, at the ceremony for receiving credentials of new ambassadors to Israel.
"This important and productive meeting between US President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is a beautiful expression of the invincible bond between the US and Israel, and between Israel and the US. It also emotionally reflects President Trump's deep commitment and love for Israel, and for its welfare and security.
I believe that the fact that these two leaders discussed the hostage deal and the need to complete it, and of course President Trump's commitment to bringing all our hostages home, is a very important statement."
