Emek HaMaayanot Regional Council: Tzvika Friedman from Ein Hanetziv fell in shooting attack

The Emek HaMaayanot Regional Council announced that Tzvika Friedman from Ein Hanetziv fell in the shooting attack in the Jordan Valley this morning. He is survived by his wife and six children.
