Abu Hamza, spokesperson for the Islamic Jihad terror group's Al-Quds Battalions, said that the terror group had "completed the processes of handing over hostages Arbel Yehud and Gadi Mozes."
"They will be released today as part of the third group of the first stage of the deal," he added.
