IDF Sokesperson: Ceasefire not going into effect because Hamas is not fulfilling its obligation

IDF Spokesperson Brigadier General Daniel Hagari delivered a statement to the media saying that the ceasefire did not go into effect at 8:30 this morning because Hamas has not fulfilled its commitment to provide the names of the three hostages who are supposed to be released later today.
