The Qatari channel Al-Arabi reported on Monday evening that US President-elect Donald Trump's envoy, Steve Witkoff, played a role in applying pressure on the Israeli negotiation team.
It was also reported that Doha will host a round of talks on Tuesday regarding the mechanisms for implementing the ceasefire agreement in Gaza.
