Rambam Medical Center in Haifa reported on Sunday that the occupancy at its emergency room has surpassed 200% and its internal wards have surpassed 105% occupancy.
The high occupancy stems from a spike in respiratory diseases such as the flu and pneumonia characteristic of the season.
