The Finance Ministry presented its plan to return tens of thousands of evacuated residents to northern Israel with grants of up to 76,200 shekels for a family with two children.
The sum includes grants of 15,400 shekels for an adult and 7,700 for a child, with an extra grant of 10,000 per adult and 5,000 per child as compensation for damage caused to homes due to their vacancy and abandonment.
