Former Defense Minister, Yoav Gallant, told The Washington Post that "in the recent attack on Iran, we created a 'window to act against Iran' before it develops nuclear weapons."
Gallant explained that the goal of Israel’s attacks was to weaken Iran and strengthen Israel, and to prevent Tehran from responding forcefully to future strikes.
