Dozens of pro-Palestinian Arab youth demonstrated on Sunday against President Isaac Herzog at the entrance to the Plaza Hotel in New York.
Herzog is taking part in a conference of the Washington Research Institute during which he will be awarded the Institute's Medal of Honor.
