Dutch police allowed officers to refuse to protect Jews 1 month before pogrom

Last month, Dutch police admitted officers who refused to protect Jewish institutions such as the Amsterdam Holocaust museum were not forced to do so. A month, later, Amsterdam became the site of a pogrom.
