Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has directed the promotion of a new proposal, in which Israel will offer money and safe passage to those who hold Israeli hostages, Channel 12 News reported on Monday.
According to the report, the proposal includes free passage abroad, both for the kidnappers themselves and for their families, as well as a payment of millions of dollars for each hostage.
