Egyptian President proposes: Four Israeli hostages for several Arab prisoners

Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi says his government has proposed a 48-hour ceasefire in Gaza followed by a partial hostage exchange that will take place over ten days leading to a full ceasefire.
