Reports: Explosion in Beirut occurred in Al-Kola district, an apartment was targeted

The Reuters news agency reported that the explosion in Beirut took place in the Al-Kola district, which is not in the Dahieh region.

According to reports in Lebanon, a residential apartment in the capital had been attacked.
