Due to the escalation in northern Israel, the Transportation Ministry banned bathing and sailing on the Sea of Galilee.
The director of the Small Vessels and Boats Department in the Shipping and Ports Authority has prohibited entering the Sea of Galilee with small vessels "until further notice."
