National Cyber Directorate says that Iran and Hezbollah were behind the frightening text messages sent to Israelis on Wednesday night. An investigation found that three different messages were sent to five million people.
"This was a cheap and unintelligent attempt at causing public panic. The messages consisted of links that were removed and were made inactive within a short amount of time. The Cyber Directorate hotline received 500 reports on the matter."
