Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke for the first time since beepers and radios began exploding in Lebanon, saying, "I said that we would bring the residents of the north home safely. And that is exactly what will happen."
He did not respond to the explosions or whether Israel was responsible for them.
