Report: Beirut explosions caused by Hezbollah communications equipment

Sky News reports that the blasts in Beirut were due to encrypted communication equipment used for internal messaging by Hezbollah exploding. The blasts took place in the Dahiya region, a known stronghold of Hezbollah.
