The Foreign Ministry issued a statement condemning arrest warrants for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Gallant - even though the decision of the International Criminal Court in The Hague on this issue has not yet been published.
Ministry officials said in response, "It was a human error".
