Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich welcomed the Teachers' Union's announcement that it has decided to suspend the strike in high schools.
"It's good that the Teachers' Union stopped the strike, which was not justified in the first place. Certainly not during a war. It is possible to continue to conduct negotiations without harming students, teachers and parents," said Smotrich.
