Police arrest elderly man who assaulted boy who was laying tefillin in Tel Aviv

The police located the 78-year-old Tel Aviv resident who was filmed attacking a 13-year-old boy who was laying tefillin on the street.

The suspect was questioned on suspicion of assault and hurting religious and traditional feelings.
