Arab reports: The terrorist who blew himself up in Tel Aviv - Jafar Mouna from Shechem

Palestinian Arab media reported on Thursday that the terrorist who attempted to carry out a suicide bombing attack in Tel Aviv earlier in the week was a Shechem (Nablus) resident by the name of Jafar Mouna.
