IDF to upper Galilee residents: Be alert, reduce gatherings and movement

The IDF Northern Command and Homefront Command held a situational assessment, after which they called on residents of evacuated communities in the upper Galilee to be alert, listen to instructions, and reduce gatherings and movement in the communities.
