Report: Hamas won't agree to inspections of Gazans returning to northern Gaza

Reuters has reported that the Hamas terror group refuses to agree to Israel's demand that those Gazans who would return to northern Gaza as part of a ceasefire-prisoner swap deal undergo inspections as a condition for their returning to the area.
