A French soldier was stabbed outside a train station in Paris on Monday evening and the attacker was arrested, officials said.
The soldier was hospitalized but was not in life-threatening condition. The motive for the attack, which came as the city is on high alert ahead of the Olympics, is under investigation. Authorities do not suspect terrorism as a motive at this stage.
