Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu declared at a press conference at the Kirya in Tel Aviv, "Hamas is starting to show cracks, but victory will be only when we eliminate the Hamas governmental and military capabilities, when we return all our hostages, and when we return our residents in the north and south to their homes. That is the ultimate victory."
