The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, which is affiliated with the Syrian opposition and based in Britain, reported that two explosions were heard in the port city of Baniyas, in northwest Syria, overnight Monday.
Media in Syria attributed the explosions to Israel, adding that the targets attacked were related to Iran.
