Egypt will refuse to send forces to act as a peacekeeping force in the Gaza Strip after the war and clarifies that the arrangement in the area is "an internal Palestinian matter," a senior Egyptian force told al-Qahara al-Akhbariya.
The source added that there are "no discussions in Egypt regarding Israeli supervision at the Rafah Crossing. Egypt insists on a complete withdrawal of the Israeli military from the Palestinian side of Rafah."
