Hamas in official statement: 'We will only agree to a hostage deal if Israel stops the war'

Hamas has released an official announcement stating that it would only agree to a deal to release the hostages if Israel stopped the war.

"We notified the mediators of our clear stance - if Israel stopped the war in Gaza, we are ready to reach a prisoner exchange deal," the terror organization stated.
