Minister of Agriculture Avi Dichter signed a declaration of intent with Romania to supply Israel with wheat in an emergency.
This is the fourth agreement signed for wheat supply to Israel, following similar agreements with Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, and Morocco a few months ago.
