PM to Americans: If US doesn't veto UN decision, Israeli delegation won't go to Washington'

Prime Minister told members of a visiting US delegation that "if the US won't veto the UN decision today for a ceasefire that is unconditional on the release of the hostage, I will cancel the Israeli delegation to Washington."

Earlier on Monday, the Americans notified Minister Ron Dermer that they intended to pass two independent and unrelated resolutions in the Security Council, one calling for a ceasefire and the other calling for the release of the hostages, both unconditionally.
