Border Police officers, acting under intelligence from Central Command, arrested Dr. Rashid al-Zaro in a hospital in Hebron. Al-Zaro, who had a permit to work in Israel, is suspected of serious incitement over his posts to social media celebrating the October 7 massacre and calling for the destruction of Israel. Before his work permit was revoked, he worked at Ichilov Hospital.
