Prime Minister Netanyahu has ordered the IDF and security services to present the Cabinet with a plan for the evacuation of the Rafah region of Gaza and the collapse of Hamas's remaining battalions in the region.
"We cannot achieve the war's goal of eliminating Hamas while leaving four brigades in Rafah. On the other hand, intensive operations in Rafah obviously require the evacuation of the civilian population from the war zone,' the Prime Minister's office said in a statement.
