Hague: At least some of South Africa's complaints happened

The ICJ has announced its verdict on the complaint by South Africa against Israel, stating that 'At least some of South Africa's complaints appear to be capable of falling within the Genocide Convention'. For this reason, the court has refused to dismiss the case.
