Blinken: We agreed on plan for UN assessment mission in Gaza

US Secretary of State says that in his meetings with Israeli leaders today, "We agreed on a plan for the UN to carry out an assessment mission: It will determine what needs to be done to allow displaced Palestinians to return safely to homes in the north."
